so yeah, i just installed this programme thanks to a friend showing me it on skype. it looks really good... and from what i gather, it can do a lot of editing stuff. could anyone give me shortcuts and stuff i can use in the programme?. i am interested in editing music files in certain places, and also if possible, recording something over the top of some music. please share all your experiences here

If you use JAWS, jaws key + h will bring up all the shortcuts you need. Also over on www.blindcooltech.com Ric Harman does what I think is now a 7 or 8 part tutorial in mp3 format for gold wave taking you through most varieties of editing and mixing.

Oh i want to go check out that tutorial! I am just learning the program myself! And a lot of it is through experience!

I use GoldWave.
I don't know how to do many things in the program, owever, I do know how to get it do what I want it to.
